Answer: Our Kickboxing program places high focus on quality instruction, cardio development, and a fun, supportive training environment.
Question: Is there contact sparring?
Answer: No, this is a class that teaches skill based technique that will have you leaving class feeling supercharged. Skill development is used by contact training with the use of heavy bags, kicking paddles and kicking shields.
Question: Do I need any Martial Arts experience?
Answer: No, technique and exercise movement are taught from beginner to advanced level
Question: How old should I be to take this class?
Answer: Kickboxing is for ages 12+
